Camdapter Return/Exchange Policy

Garavuso Designs LLC (Camdapter) strives to provide the best quality products available to today’s photographers. We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality, fit and function of the products we offer.  If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days receipt. Unopened returns will be accepted up to 60 days after purchase. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). All returned item(s) are inspected to assure "like new" condition, before any refunds are issued. We reserve the right to issue refunds via company check. Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Camdapter reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.

  1. Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  2. Include the sales order and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  3. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  4. Ship via a method that provides both insurance and tracking. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Rules:

  1. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  2. Camdapter is not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise.
  3. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

 

To Order Online

Our web site now offers secure online ordering. It's fast, easy and safe! Just browse the site, and if you see something you like, go ahead and click the “Buy Now” button to add the item to your shopping cart. (You can always remove it later.) at this point, you'll be switched to a secure server (your browser may alert you to this) When you think you have everything selected that you want to purchase, go to your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. You'll be asked to select a payment method, and you input your payment information, provide any special instructions concerning your order, and double-check your shopping cart contents. If everything appears to be in order, click the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page. It’s that easy!

Nothing is final until you submit your order, so go ahead and test-drive the system if you like. The system guides you every step of the way.

Security Online
This system makes use of several security methods to ensure your credit card information is as safe as possible. One method is the use of SSL encryption. If your browser does not support this, we invite you to phone in your order, or download the latest version of Netscape Communicator or Internet Explorer--they're free!

Shipping - US Customers
All items in stock are promptly shipped via either FedEx overnight service, or USPS Priority Mail for addresses in the US.

If you need expedited delivery, please choose the FedEx Standard Overnight option when you check out. If ordered by 11:00AM Eastern Standard time, you should receive your order the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00AM ET ship the next day for overnight delivery.

Some bulky items may require additional shipping charges over what is displayed by the cart.

Shipping - International Customers
Due to the need to insure our shipments, all international shipments will carry a declaration of their FULL VALUE. You may be required to pay taxes, duty, VAT, or similar fees upon receiving your shipment, so please consider this before placing your order. Garavuso Designs LLC / Camdapter.com will NOT undervalue shipments to reduce or avoid these taxes, so please don't ask.

International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs, which will be added to the amount of your order when charged to your credit card.

If you need to know an exact shipping charge before we complete your order, please indicate such in the "special instructions" box and be sure to include your phone number. This will delay your order slightly. Again, all prices listed on this website are in US dollars.

Most international orders are shipped by USPS First Class International Mail, which generally takes 3-8 days to arrive. Tracking numbers are not available for USPS First Class International mail. If you require tracking information then you should choose the FedEx International shipping option.

If you want to know about any of our products, but are not ready to place your order, call Customer Support at 1-888-307-0277 Monday through Friday.

Ordering by mail is easy, too.
Simply write or type the information including product numbers and descriptions of the p items you wish to order, your method of payment and your complete billing address and shipping (street) address. By including your daytime phone number, you enable us reach you if we have any questions about your order.

FAX orders
Just as ordering by mail, write or type the information on product numbers and descriptions of the items you wish to order, your method of payment and your complete billing address and shipping (street) address. Send via fax at any time to 1-740-927-4255. Be sure to include your credit card information and daytime phone number.

CERTIFIED CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS
We accept company and personal checks, or money orders, payable to: Garavuso Designs LLC. PERSONAL CHECKS: All personal checks will be held for 5 business days to ensure check clearance.

MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL
While online ordering, mail, phone, fax and e-mail are all statistically secure, please use good judgment when sending charge card information to us in any form. Garavuso Designs LLC assumes no responsibility for direct or incidental losses resulting from compromised transmission of charge card information. We reserve the right to verify cardholder information and shipping instructions on any order.
